“Can you imagine? Today I’m here. I can’t believe it,” said Darfur refugee Abdulkarim, on right, while testing out his new bed with roommate Alnill on Friday, March 20. Ann Dunlop of Bethany Christian Services helped Abdulkarim, Alnill, and their friend Abubakar move into their new apartment after picking them up at the Gerald R. Ford Airport. “We are here in this beautiful house with very kind people,” Abdulkarim said. “I’m very happy.”
