David Korte of Grand Rapids leaps into the icy water of Reeds Lake Saturday for the 2011 Polar Plunge, a benefit for Special Olympics Michigan. Korte raised over $13,000 for the cause this year and plunged with his two children, Kyle, 8, and Eva, 7.
