Members of the Pacific Island Dancers Philippine Folk Dance group hold wreaths during the Stand Up for Rosa Parks dedication ceremony for the new statue of Parks at the corner of Monroe Center and Fulton Street on Thursday. The ceremony included various dance and music groups as well as comments from the artist of the statue, Ed Dwight.
