Molly Clauhs, 23, of Rockford sets a vase of flowers on the window of Silver Spork, a food truck with a focus on farm fresh and local food, Thursday at the Plainfield Farmer’s Market. Clauhs and her uncle, Jack McClennen, started serving from the food truck in mid June. The Silver Spork features a white fish sandwich called the “Mitten Bagel,” smoothies, and zucchini fitters.
