Washington DuBois Ross, a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Air Force Reserve and an active member of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc., speaks to students from Vista Charter Academy and the West Michigan Aviation Academy Thursday at GE Aviation as part of African American’s in Aviation day. The event aimed to educate students on the history of African Americans who served as pilots and to encourage them to dream big.
