John Colvin, owner of Alexander’s Militaria, is reflected in a photograph of General Robert E. Lee hanging on the wall of his military antique shop on Tuesday, February 8 on Leonard Street NW. Colvin opened Alexander’s Militaria in November of 2010 with his wife, Julie. The store has specialty antiques ranging from the Revolutionary War to the present.
