Beverly Gapczynski of Grand Rapids shows off her latest painting at the Heartside Art Gallery on Friday where she is a regular local artist. “I love to do it,” Gapczynski said, “I’m a good artist I think.” Located at 48 S. Division Avenue, the gallery is open from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. during the week for Heartside residents and homeless to paint, have a cup of coffee, and share in community. The walls of Heartside Art Gallery are filled with local work and are for sale to the public.
